Facetite/Necktite/Embrace Boston

Surgery is a great way to tighten wrinkled or sagging skin. But, it’s not the only way. If you are looking to rejuvenate the beauty of your face without undergoing surgery, FaceTite or Embrace (a powerful combination of FaceTite and Morpheus 8) may the answer. These less-invasive procedures offer amazing results by utilizing radiofrequency energy to tighten and tone the skin of your face, neck, eyelids, brows, breasts, arms, thighs, knees, elbows, and stomach.

The Facetite, Emrace, NeckTite and AccuTite procedures deliver focal radiofrequency energy which causes skin and tissue contraction, getting surgery-like results without incisions, excisions, stitches, or scars, and in most cases, these procedures can be performed right in the office. A powerful computer, along with specialized equipment and experienced doctors allows us to provide maximum skin contraction and improvement with predictability and safety.

The Spiegel Center is likely the busiest medical practice north of New York City at performing these procedures. Double-board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Jeffrey Spiegel has helped countless patients from near and far restore the smooth and youthful appearance of their skin by providing excellent results with these Energy Based face tightening treatments. Facetite, Necktite, Accutite and Embrace help tighten the skin and give it a fresher and rejuvenated look.

What is Facetite?

FaceTite is a newer procedure with results that can approach those of a surgical facelift, but without the cutting, stitching and potential scaring. It’s a less invasive procedure performed under local anesthesia or light sedation. After the procedure, you’ll be able to go right home and rest. Wearing a compression garment is typically required during the recovery period. But, the down time is minimal and patients resume regular activities in days.

What is Embrace?

This specific procedure refers to the combination treatment of FaceTite and Morpheus 8, where we infuse heat and radiofrequency energy to tighten the skin and rebuild collagen, elastin and fat using a combination of a thin probe and a minimally invasive matrix of micro pins. RF energy heats the deep layers of the skin in a controlled way to strengthen the collagen, increase elasticity, and improve the appearance of your face and neck. You’ll enjoy improved skin complexion and texture for a more radiant, long lasting youthful appearance.

What is AccuTite?

AccuTite is a smaller minimally invasive radiofrequency contraction device, the perfect complement to this Radiofrequency Assisted Lipolysis (RFAL) family of technology. It is the “smaller sister” to Facetite allowing for safe delivery of precision heating to small and delicate areas of the face and body, Including:

  • Upper and lower eyelids – like an eyelid lift without stitches.
  • Brows – lift your eyebrows with no stitches and a short recovery.
  • Nasolabial Fold – soften folds and iron out wrinkles.
  • Neck & Lower Face – like a no-stitch face or neck lift.
  • Axilla and arms – bra fat and arm fat are melted away with smooth skin remaining.
  • Knees – wrinkly loose skin around the knees has met its match.

What is BodyTite?

BodyTite is for larger areas. We may use the BodyTite probe to contour your arms (bye bye bat wings!), flatten your belly, and slenderize your thighs (hello thigh gap!). We can even do a “scarless” breast lift with this technology. Sagging or drooping breasts can look perkier and lifted without the traditional “anchor scar” of a breast lift.

What is NeckTite?

This procedure refers to the energy based skin tightening of the neck. If you have a double chin from fat, sagging skin and a turkey waddle, or have lost the definition of your jawline this may be a good solution. The Energy Based device is used to focus in the neck area to provide specific localized fast removal from the neck area and skin tightening of the neck only. The experts at TSC will help you decide which technology (FaceTite, AccuTite, NeckTite or Embrace) will get you the best results.

How soon do I see the results and how long do the benefits of these treatments last?

Accutite, Facetite, Necktite and Embrace are all in the same family of energy based treatment for skin tightening. Some results are seen immediately, but the best results are noticeable after 6 weeks, and will continue to improve for 12 months. The changes to your skin are permanent! (But, of course, you’ll continue to age – you’ll just age from a better looking starting point.)

How are energy based treatments different than facelift?

Nearly any area on the face and neck with saggy skin or excess fat can be treated with Accutite, Facetite, Necktite and Embrace. This includes the double chin, jowls, nasolabial folds, and other areas with deep lines and loose skin. For many patients energy based treatments of skin tightening can be a great alternative to facelift surgical procedures, but not in all cases. These InMode procedures avoid large incisions and the resulting scars, as well as prolonged recovery from post-procedural swelling and bruising. For the most part, you’ll enjoy an easier recovery with a great natural result.

FaceTite Results

Some minor swelling may occur along with mild discomfort during the first few days of recovery. Results can be seen immediately, with best results noticeable after 6 weeks and continuing up to 12 months as the skin produces new collagen.
