I had an upcoming surgery where I needed major hair removal done prior and was referred to by my laser technician to the Spiegel Center for extended electrolysis sessions and having this option was a lifesaver for keeping my surgery date. Dr. Spiegel's staff is fantastic, they are all extremely professional, thoughtful and very attentive to making sure you get proper care and post electrolysis treatment. Everyone was aligned with helping me to give their professional guidance on how best to meet my surgery date and what the steps were to get there. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing high quality electrolysis care, especially in a short window of time.

I had Botox and filler with Dr Onir. I wasn't ready for a full facelift and hoped I could find something that could tide me over.Ive never had anything done to my face and I was nervous. I know Onir is one of the preeminent injectors for the Boston area so I went to see her. I am so happy and it's not even 24 hours yet. I just know as time goes on and it all settles in it's just going to look even better! It was not nearly as scary or painful as I expected. If you are in the fence just do it! I was worried I'd look all crazy but NOPE I look like I went to sleep for 5 years and woke up refreshed..just what I always hoped for.

I found Dr. Tower through RealSelf which helped me find a provider in Boston with otoplasty reviews. I was hoping to find someone who had explicit experience in dozens of otoplasties a year, so was using surgery review counts here as a proxy. So, I wanted to contribute back!

Carole at the Spiegel Center was my coordinator and she was great in walking me through the process. I had a virtual consult with Dr. Tower first, an in-person consult, and then they were able to fit me in within a week or so for surgery before having to travel abroad.

The procedure was done with local anesthesia and took an hour or two. Dr. Tower was very collaborative and thoughtful. After several weeks of healing, we decided to make a small tweak (a personal preference), which Dr. Tower was very flexible and accomodating of. I can't stress enough how collaborative the experience was - we worked as a team to get the best outcome! He did an incredible job and my ears look really great.

Dr. Spiegel is truly the best face surgeon in the world. He's got 26 years of experience and it shows all over my face! I had facial feminization surgery with extensive bone work (jaw to chin, brow, rhino) and soft tissue procedures (upper and lower bleph, cheek and lip fat transfer, hairline) all at once. Uzma was my care coordinator and handled everything so that my entire surgery was covered by my insurance (Harvard Pilgrim). Once I gave them my letters of support Uzma got me a date in only 3 months! The operation could not have been handled with more support. I'm ngl about recovery, that first night was awful but for nothing to do with Dr. Spiegel; it just IS ROUGH! But by day 3 I was back to work and after a week I felt great.
