AI could not have generated a better experience. Literally! At consult I provided Dr Tower with 3 pictures; The first was my actual face, the 2nd & 3rd I generated from AI. Picture 2 was what AI deemed possible using the best current cosmetic procedures. The 3rd picture was also AI, but... my dream face, unbound by realistic surgical procedures. In my opinion he not only surpassed all 3, he did it humbly and with grace and kindness that is so rare in the surgical field. I work in healthcare and regularly interface with doctors, surgeons, physicists, etc. and I have never, lol. The entire process at The Spiegel Center was perfection, but especially him and Carole. I could write so much more, but I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. You can see if you agree with my assessment (note: this is only 2 weeks post-op. It will only get better!). As my spouse said, he is the GOAT!

I could not recommend a better surgeon. I had to get a septorhinoplasty and doctor tower went above and beyond all of my concerns- aesthetically and functionally. I have had no complications whatsoever and he also does surgery to avoid almost all bruising. My breathing is so so wonderful now and I had a severely deviated septum. Carole, my care coordinator at the spiegel center was also amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and she was so organized that I didn’t worry about the logistics of the surgery, she made it extremely easy for me. Doctor tower is also so nice to work with- he really takes the time to listen and is not pushy and completely puts your preferences first. I genuinely could not recommend Doctor Tower and Carole more. Actually changed my life is such a positive way!

I'm only five weeks (Sept 8) out from my deep face and neck lift with Dr. Jacob tower, and I'm genuinely over the moon with how everything has turned out. From the first tele consult to my most recent follow-up, the entire process has been marked by professionalism, clarity and a level or artistry that is rare to find.
What stands out most is the natural, balanced transformation Dr. Tower achieved. Even this early in the healing process, my jawline is dramatically more defined, my neck looks younger, and the overall lift is smooth & elegant rather than tight and overdone. Swelling has steadily decreased; incisions are healing beautifully. The contours created are clear and refined. It's obvious that Dr. Tower approaches facial surgery with both precision and an artistic eye.
A special mention goes to Carole Werner, the patient care coordinator I've had the pleasure of working with before. Carole is exceptional! She combines professionalism with genuine warmth and her communication is flawless. She guided me through every step, from pre-op preparation to post-op check-ins, making me feel cared for and confident throughout the journey. I'm so grateful she was part of my experience again.

Now it’s four years later and I am back as a patient at the Spiegel Center, this time to get some cosmetic enhancements to my aging face (though after four years I continue to love the results I got at The Spiegel Center). I’m starting off with some Botox and strategically placed filler, all in expert and artistic hands of Dr Onir, and am so excited with the improvement so far. Dr Onir is a great choice, she has made me feel comfortable and empowered in taking these steps - letting someone inject filler in your face is a little scary at first! But I’m glad I’m doing this and especially because I’m doing it at The Spiegel Center.

I went in for a consultation. What I never mentioned was this was my second time seeking a consultation for brachioplasty and breast reduction/lift procedures. The experience was completely different than my first consultation. The team was fantastic! Dr. Shektman took the time to examine me and review the procedures from all angles to truly help me make informed decisions. Uzma, the Patient Care Coordinator, also took the time to review everything and make sure all my questions were answered. I am excited to move forward with both procedures!

I went into my consultation with Dr. Tower doing a deep dive and researching his background, watching YouTube and Instagram videos and reading his reviews along with before and after pictures.. I had a pretty good idea of his impeccable work and impressive bio including that he was a head and neck surgeon and has trained with the best in the world like Dr. Neil Gordon. What I was most impressed by was his personality and the time he spent with me answering my questions and explaining the pre op and post op procedures. He made me feel like I can trust him with the one thing I have known all my life- my face. He was not pushy or trying to sell me on other procedures but set expectations of what I would potentially look like and that is exactly what I wanted. His clinical care coordinator Uzma is a gem too! She is a wealth of information and super punctual. I cancelled my other consults and I scheduled my surgery with Dr. Tower the following week for December. I will be sure to write a follow up post as I am so excited

I had a wonderful experience with the Spiegel Center and in particular, Dr. Tower. Everything from my initial consultation , the preop, surgery and postop care have been fantastic. I had a deep plane face and neck lift and I am only two weeks out post surgery. I am thrilled with my result. Dr. Tower is an amazing artist, engineer and surgeon. HE is very kind, understated and non judgmental. He’s a great listener and took the time to understand exactly what my concerns were. He gave me whatever time I needed and I never felt he was trying to upsell me.

Cristina was my coordinator and she was fabulous. She took a lot of time to reassure me, answer my endless questions and she greeted me at every appointment. She’s a gem..

Had got a liquid nose job and lip filler. Never been so confident with my nose! The doctor shaped it perfectly, and she made it very comfortable. I had suggested that if they could fit me in for lip filler since I was there and originally had an appointment somewhere else later that day. They set me up instantly and the results are better than I expected! So happy I went the Spiegel Center. Highly recommend.

This was undoubtedly one of the most pleasant and seamless experiences I've ever had as a new patient anywhere. Dr. Towers and staff were very helpful and friendly. The one person that definitely made this process the easiest though, from the beginning (deciding where to go) to the finish, was Katie at the front desk. I had Botox and filler with Dr Onir. I wasn't ready for a full facelift and hoped I could find something that could tide me over. I've never had anything done to my face and I was nervous. I know Onir is one of the preeminent injectors for the Boston area so I went to see her. I am so happy and it's not even 24 hours yet. I just know as time goes on and it all settles in it's just going to look even better! It was not nearly as scary or painful as I expected. If you are in the fence just do it! I was worried I'd look all crazy but NOPE I look like I went to sleep for 5 years and woke up refreshed..just what I always hoped for.

Originally I made an appointment with Dr. Onir Spiegel to go in and talk about having some scar revision done. When meeting with her she asked me exactly what I was looking for and we discussed some concerns of mine in regards to having a surgery done on an old scar which is on my face. The biggest thing for me was the fact I am in sales and did not want to have stitches in my face again to try to minimize the appearance of this scar. She then suggested trying micro needling. At the time I did not know exactly what micro needling was so she explained the procedure and that it would help stimulate collagen and elastin production which is what happens when your skin heals. This in turn helps minimize the appearance of a scar along with minimizing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. I went in for 4 treatments over a period of 6-7months. I could not be happier with the result. I had my whole face done and my skin looks beautiful. I get compliments on it all the time. My scar is very hard to see also which is exactly the result I wanted. For me there was no downtime on this. I was able to cover up any redness with makeup the next day and after 3-4 days my face was completely back to normal as far as coloring goes. Not only was Dr. Onir wonderful but the office staff was outstanding. They helped me with getting products to help my skin heal which they carry right in their office. The whole experience was wonderful and I can't thank them all enough!
