Dr. Tower is amazing. He is so skilled in everything. He does amazing surgery. I had some cysts from a different dr and procedure. He removed them and was on top of it. He was concerned. He didn’t have to even take it on. His injectables are flawless. I love his understanding of the face. with a natural, but beautiful outcome, not overdone look. I have a lot of experience, 50 years plus. He’s my go to now and I highly recommend him.

I first met Dr. Spiegel back in 2014 for tear trough fillers, and I was satisfied with the results as I noticed my under eyes appears very dark and hallow. Shortly after meeting him, I knew he was the surgeon I wanted to perform my rhinoplasty. His office staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and after consulting with Dr. Spiegel three times (yes, three times), I decided to move forward with the procedure. He did a wonderful job addressing all of my concerns. I felt my nose was too large for my face, and he truly delivered the results I hoped for. Rhinoplasties take a long time to fully heal…up to a year, but even after my cast was removed, I could already see the beautiful work he had done. I knew immediately that I had chosen the right surgeon. What made me choose Dr. Spiegel was his confidence, kindness, and communication style. During every interaction, he was thoughtful and honest with his feedback and recommendations. His bedside manner is calming—he listens and allows you feel heard. Knowing that he’s a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon gave me even more confidence that I was in the best hands possible. Another thing I’ve always admired about Dr. Spiegel’s practice is the quality of the fellows and surgeons who work with him. Throughout my experience over the years, I’ve noticed that he brings in exceptionally talented surgeons who share his aesthetic eye, professionalism, and patient-centered approach. Most recently, in 2024–2025, I consulted with him again (three times, just like before lol) about a mini facelift. I ultimately decided to move forward with the procedure in September 2025. I’m still in the “recovery phase”, but I’m already so pleased with my results. My face looks refreshed, without it being obvious that I had surgery. I still have some swelling, particularly near the incision areas by my temples, but Dr. Spiegel assured me that by January I’ll see the final, refined results. From the moment I made my initial appointment to my most recent follow up visit, I have been fully supported by the entire Spiegel Center team. I found Dr. Tower through RealSelf which helped me find a provider in Boston with otoplasty reviews. I was hoping to find someone who had explicit experience in dozens of otoplasties a year, so was using surgery review counts here as a proxy. So, I wanted to contribute back!

Carole at the Spiegel Center was my coordinator and she was great in walking me through the process. I had a virtual consult with Dr. Tower first, an in-person consult, and then they were able to fit me in within a week or so for surgery before having to travel abroad.

The procedure was done with local anesthesia and took an hour or two. Dr. Tower was very collaborative and thoughtful. After several weeks of healing, we decided to make a small tweak (a personal preference), which Dr. Tower was very flexible and accommodating of. I can't stress enough how collaborative the experience was - we worked as a team to get the best outcome! He did an incredible job and my ears look really great.

Would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a thoughtful and collaborative otoplasty provider in Boston who genuinly cares about both achieving a great aesthetic outcome and one you're fully happy with!
