Surgical procedures are life changing and empowering, and they can be costly. The good news is that at The Spiegel Center we work with all insurance companies to help make your surgery possible.

We are proud to be in-network with Harvard Pilgrim. For patients with Harvard Pilgrim coverage, we can guide you through their process, which typically requires two referral letters: one from your PCP and one letter of medical necessity. Once these are submitted along with your treatment plan, we’ll move forward as soon as authorization is approved.

If your insurance is out-of-network, please reach out to us for more information on how to proceed. In some cases, we can work with your insurance company through a single case agreement to help secure coverage for your surgery.
