Asian Cinderella Plastic Surgery

Mandible (jaw) contouring is an extremely popular procedure in Asian countries and in the Asian community worldwide as many find it desirable to have a narrow jaw line. Dr. Spiegel performs this surgery about 2-3 times every week! The names “V-line” or “A-line” surgery refer to the streamlined look the procedures can provide – a seamless, smooth “v” at the bottom on the face. This procedure achieved particular popularity in Korean and is sometimes referred to as “K-Pop” surgery since the results mimic those of well-known Korean pop music stars.
Brow Lift
If your eyebrows are flattened or low they can make your face look older and less attractive. This procedure restores a natural appearance to the eyebrows, helps correct tired eyes, and softens forehead wrinkles. In some cases this procedure is done “endoscopically”, with small hidden incisions. This is a quick procedure with big results!

Buccal Fat Removal
Do you feel like a chipmunk with chubby cheeks? We may be able to help by removing the ball of buccal fat. Working through the inside of the mouth, Dr. Spiegel makes a small incision and the fat is extracted. This can be done right in the office and though there can be some swelling, you’ll likely look better immediately!

Cheek Reduction
Are you blessed with abundance? While full cheeks are a good thing and can help us look young, feminine, and attractive, sometimes the cheek bones can be too large and make the face look sharp or wide. Dr. Spiegel is one of the few surgeons familiar and comfortable with cheekbone reduction. Working through the mouth, the facial bones are contoured to achieve the desired shape.

Chin and Cheek Augmentation
A good chin makes your neck look better, your nose look smaller, and your lips look more attractive. Full cheeks create a more youthful face and brighter eyes. Dimpleplasty
Ever wish you had dimples to complement your smile? We can place dimples where you want, on one or both of your cheeks. With only a small amount of local anesthetic, you’ll leave with the natural looking dimples you’ve always wanted!

Downtime:* almost none, and your new dimples will soften and get more natural after a week.
Ear Pinning and Reduction
Improve the appearance of large, protruding, or overly noticeable ears. Ears can be reshaped, pinned back, or reduced in size. Wear your hair up without worrying about your ears!

Earlobe Repair and Rejuvenation

Eyelift

Facelift
Tighten and remove loose skin and fat of the neck and face. This is a perfect way to get rid of jawline “jowling” and sagging. Our patients say it took 10 years off their face! Fat Grafting
As we age we lose fullness in our lips, cheeks, temples, and other areas of our face and hands while fat around the hips, thighs, and belly seems to persist (or grow). Right in the office we can move some of the fat from where you don’t want it, to where you need it. While fat is a “permanent” filler, sometimes more than one treatment is needed for the best result.

Forehead Contouring

Believe it or not – you don’t have to live with snoring! There are a number of different treatments for sleep apnea and snoring. The best place to start is a consultation with Dr. Spiegel. During that initial interview we can find out about your complaints and symptoms and typically a sleep test is ordered. A sleep test is an overnight visit where your sleeping habits are closely monitored. The results can tell us if you suffer from sleep apnea or snoring and to what degree.
