Which Material Is Best For Me? 

There are many options when it comes to implants. Saline implants are filled with salt water. These can be inserted through the smallest incision and the size can be individually modified. Silicone implants are the most popular, and are often used for women with little existing breast tissue.

Recovering From Your Breast Augmentation

After your breast augmentation in Boston, you may experience swelling, bruising, and mild soreness or discomfort. These issues will soon dissipate over the next few days. Discomfort and pain can be managed using prescription medication. You will need to wear a special surgical bra during the first part of your recovery.
