Dr. Jeffrey Spiegel, Chief of Facial Plastic & Re-constructive Surgery at Boston University Medical Center, will review the goals and methods of facial feminization surgery. There will be a discussion of what procedures are available, how to maximize results, risk, and how new technologies and advances have allowed for improving structural changes to bone. Since 2004, Dr. Spiegel has performed well over 500 FFS surgery procedures.
