Dr. Spiegel is exceptional. From telemedicine visit to surgery, he is EXCEPTIONAL! I had so much fun getting to know him, and felt completely at ease in his care.

I found him to be tender, funny, and quick to make sure that I was feeling my best during my procedure. I felt so safe, happy, comfortable, and assured in his hands. His perfectionistic nature reassured me that my results were going to be SO fabulous and they are, without a doubt!!

I didn’t feel the typical hierarchy, he was so chill, confident, bubbly, youthful that he made me feel more like a friend rather than just a patient. He is also a great singer! (:

It did not take long after walking through the doors at the SC that I knew this was the place to entrust myself to perform my DPFL. I had done my research consulting several other doctors; but, as soon as I met Dr. Spiegel, I knew. Behind his likable, approachable demeanor, was a doctor who knew the face & the power behind his double certified credentialing and his many years of experience to restore what was lost through many years of aging.

Little did I know, I would also be embraced by the entire staff as family. I would be remiss if I did not mention two persons, in particular, very dear to me. Nicole, SC team leader, my initial contact, who fielded every question & concern known to man to assure me that considering the SC would be the right choice. And, last but not least in every sense, Uzma, who was assigned to me as my personal patient coordinator. She held my hand, my heart and my process as if I were her only patient and, at my end, became a very dear personal, unforgettable friend.

I first met Dr. Spiegel back in 2014 for tear trough fillers, and I was satisfied with the results as I noticed my undereyes appears very dark and hallow. Shortly after meeting him, I knew he was the surgeon I wanted to perform my rhinoplasty. His office staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and after consulting with Dr. Spiegel three times (yes, three times), I decided to move forward with the procedure. He did a wonderful job addressing all of my concerns. I felt my nose was too large for my face, and he truly delivered the results I hoped for. Rhinoplasties take a long time to fully heal…up to a year, but even after my cast was removed, I could already see the beautiful work he had done. I knew immediately that I had chosen the right surgeon. What made me choose Dr. Spiegel was his confidence, kindness, and communication style. During every interaction, he was thoughtful and honest with his feedback and recommendations. His bedside manner is calming—he listens and allows you feel heard. Knowing that he’s a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon gave me even more confidence that I was in the best hands possible. Another thing I’ve always admired about Dr. Spiegel’s practice is the quality of the fellows and surgeons who work with him. Throughout my experience over the years, I’ve noticed that he brings in exceptionally talented surgeons who share his aesthetic eye, professionalism, and patient-centered approach. It’s clear that he carefully chooses and mentors people who uphold the same high standards of care and artistry that his practice is known for. Over the years, I’ve continued to see Dr. Spiegel for noninvasive treatments such as lasers and fillers. Most recently, in 2024–2025, I consulted with him again (three times, just like before lol) about a mini facelift. I ultimately decided to move forward with the procedure in September 2025. I’m still in the “recovery phase”, but I’m already so pleased with my results. My face looks refreshed, without it being obvious that I had surgery. I still have some swelling, particularly near the incision areas by my temples, but Dr. Spiegel assured me that by January I’ll see the final, refined results. I completely trust Dr. Spiegel and his team. From my very first procedure in 2014 to now, he has consistently provided outstanding care, expertise, and results. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. In fact, my husband is scheduled to have a rhinoplasty with Dr. Spiegel this December. To me, that’s the ultimate testament of trust-when you recommend a surgeon to your own family. That says everything about the confidence and faith we have in him and his team. I know this review could go on forever, but before I wrap up, I want to give a shout-out to Uzma. She has been with Dr. Spiegel since the very first day I walked through the doors back in 2014 and remains an essential part of his practice. She has been my patient coordinator all these years, and she’s wonderful. Always responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. Her calming voice and warm presence make every interaction easy and reassuring.

I had a great experience with Dr. Tower. He is very kind, knowledgable, and professional. I came in with a photoshop mockup of what I was looking for in terms of a rhinoplasty and my results are exactly what I was looking for. The whole team at the Spiegel Center was very welcoming and reassuring, especially my care coordinator, Carole. I was very anxious throughout the healing process as it takes a while for the changes to completely settle and healing can happen asymmetrically at times, but now that I am over a year post op, I feel great about my results.

We had an outstanding experience at The Spiegel Center, thanks in large part to Dr. Tower’s expertise and compassionate approach. My daughter underwent a minor procedure on her nose along with CO2 treatment to improve her skin, and Dr. Tower made her feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. I had an otoplasty done by Dr. Tower and then a year later had a rhinoplasty also by him. He has great eye and sense of facial proportions. My results turned out exactly as I wanted them to, definitely a change to my features but in a perfectly proportionate, natural looking way. He is also so easy to talk to and really listens to you to understand the results you are trying to achieve. I could not be happier with the results! Could not recommend Dr. Tower more!

I recently had a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Tower and I'm so happy with the results. I booked my surgery the day of the consultation because I knew, without a doubt, that Dr. Tower was the right choice. He has excellent bedside manner and I felt he truly listened to the concerns I had about my nose, and knew exactly how to address them to provide a result that still looks natural and masculine. Aside from the aesthetic improvement, I'm grateful to finally be breathing easily out of my nose for the first time in my life! Three words to describe Dr. Tower; compassionate, confident (NOT arrogant,) and skilled.​ I am a transgender woman whose primary goal was to feminize my face via rhinoplasty. However, it was crucial to maintain a natural nose that is cohesive with my face.​ Dr. Tower asked me all the questions necessary to develop our mutual vision. Ultimately, as soon as the cast was off the rhinoplasty was not discernible to friends.​ In the weeks since my October 8th operation the swelling has come down considerably and the results have exponentially increased my confidence. Could not recommend working with Dr. Tower any more - worth every penny.​ I also would like to note the great post op care! I have had 2 post op appointments now to ensure healing is optimal. At one of these appointments, Dr. Tower made the time to re-pierce my ear piercings which closed after my surgery (for free!)​. In summary, Dr Tower truly makes you feel as though your surgical endeavor is a collaboration with him. He understands facial structure and delivers results. Will be back if I ever decide to pursue more aesthetic work. Thank you Dr. Tower!!!

What a great experience at the Speigel Center! It all started with my Care Coordinator, Uzma, who provided outstanding guidance and encouragement throughout my decision-making, surgery and follow-up. She was very kind to me and a true professional every step of the way! Dr. Tower is simply one of the best facial plastic surgeons. I had a septorhinoplasty performed by him in January of 2023 to fix a severely deviated septum and make a few cosmetic changes. Leading up to the surgery and after, Dr. Tower was kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. Following the surgery, I developed a confidence I never quite had before and my breathing was significantly better. Fast forward to last week, he performed a revision rhinoplasty on me to correct a functional issue I was having, as well as enhancing my nose so it would become even more beautiful than he originally made it. Setting up appointments to meet with him before & after surgery is simple and quick! I'm about one week post-op right now and I am over the moon. He gave me exactly what I was looking for. I'm eternally grateful for Dr. Tower and his dedication to providing each of his patients with a gentle sense of understanding, expertise, and care. I could not recommend him more! He's a true gem.

I decided to get revision rhinoplasty in 2021. It was something I always wanted to do, when my first rhinoplasty 25 years ago only took care of the bump I had on my bridge. I wanted the entire nose done this time. I ended up getting my 1st revision done with a very well-known doctor in Manhattan, NY, who specializes in rhinoplasty. My side profile came out nice. However, I couldn't stand looking at the front view. I was left with a bulbous tip, a deep depression, from multiple steroid injections, my columella hanging on one side with asymmetrical nostrils. With no success in fixing these issues with the NY plastic surgeon, I decided to find a plastic surgeon in the Boston area for my 2nd revision.​ I knew right away after meeting Dr. Spiegel that I wanted him to fix my nose. I should also mention.. Carole, my patient coordinator, was fantastic and helped me along the way with all my questions.​ I just had my cast removed a few days ago and I'm in awe. I love my results! I know it's early, but my nose has never looked better. It's perfect. I'm so excited that I finally have the nose I always wanted. And it's only going to get better. Dr. Spiegel fixed everything I hated about my nose. I'm so impressed with his attention to detail.​ His staff, nurses and anesthesiologist were also so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Spiegel.​ My only regret was not finding him to do my 1st revision. He is the best!

I had an injury to my nose and Dr Spiegel with the incredible help from the patient coordinator Uzma Husain was able to fit me in at the last minute and get my nose fixed before it healed in the wrong position due to an injury. They literally were able to do revision rhinoplasty in 48 hours! I'm so grateful to Uzma because she actually cared about me and about my well-being and my mental health. I needed someone to do that for me. And Juliana Wall, the transition coordinator for transgender patients, is also incredible. They are both my friends and I can't thank them enough for what they did for me. The Spiegel center really cares about you. I know this because they went out of their way to save me and I am so so so thankful! Uzma Husain even stayed after hours to make sure I was okay emotionally. Wow, unexpected and I was completely blown away by how much the Spiegel center really honestly cared about me! Thank you Speigel Center!

I came to see Dr. Spiegel with a severely deviated septum. The Spiegel Center took me in so quickly, and I was so pleasantly surprised with how quickly the process moved along. I had a septoplasty and rhinoplasty, to fix my deviated septum and tweak other little things I wanted done to my nose. I am now just over 3 weeks since my surgery and the results I’ve seen have given me more confidence than ever before, and the results are exactly as we had talked about. I’m so grateful to Dr. Spiegel, Carole and the rest of the team at the Spiegel Center for how caring and thorough they are with their work. I highly recommend.

I never write reviews but I'm making the time to write one for the Spiegel Center because I cannot get over how fantastic my experience has been with them. I had septoplasty/rhinoplasty done elsewhere in early 2022 and wasn't happy with the results - my nose was asymmetrical, and one nostril looked much smaller than the other, as too much cartilage had been removed. I then came to the Spiegel Center for a liquid rhino consult, with the hope of correcting these issues. I met with Dr. Onir who was fantastic and explained what liquid rhino could and could not do, and we decided it was best for me to also see Dr. Spiegel. He did an in-office procedure and used a small amount of cartilage from behind my ear to rebuild the areas where it was missing in my nose. I'm 1 week out from the procedure and I'm completely blown away and could not be any happier! My nostrils are somehow symmetrical, and the areas that needed more cartilage are filled out. I look like myself again but with a much better nose! Dr. Spiegel is incredibly skilled and talented, and I highly recommend him. As a bonus he's also kind, funny and personable. I wish I had come here for my initial septoplasty/rhinoplasty procedure. Additionally, the entire staff is lovely. Eleanor, my surgical coordinator is amazing - she's warm, organized and easy to work with. For my 1 week follow up appointment, she accommodated my schedule, and I was seen by Dr. Tower as Dr. Spiegel was in surgery that day. He was also excellent. My whole experience has been fantastic, and I highly recommend the Spiegel Center!
