Ellacor with Micro-Coring™ Technology is intended for medical professionals to treat moderate and severe mid to lower-face wrinkles for adults 22 or older with Fitzpatrick skin types I-IV.

Ellacor uses patented technology to remove micro-portions of excess skin, reducing wrinkles and improving the internal skin architecture. Other skin revitalization devices induce controlled thermal injury to produce new collagen.

The average patient needs three treatments approximately 30 days apart for the best results, but great results may be possible with fewer treatments and some will benefit from more.

An Ellacor treatment generally takes one hour or less.

Because darker skin tones (Fitzpatrick V and VI) may react differently to aesthetic treatments than lighter tones (Fitzpatrick I-IV), a separate clinical study is needed to evaluate the proper protocols for using Ellacor on darker tones.
