How are babies like gravity? I don’t have a clever answer to that joke, but both can have adverse effects on your breasts.

Over time, after nursing and child birth, with hormone changes, and with weight fluctuations the breasts can sag. The nipples descend and can point downward, stretch marks may appear, and the breasts may look deflated. You, too, may feel deflated!

So, what to do?

The time-tested answer is a breast lift, or mastopexy. In mastopexy, some of the skin is removed around the existing breast tissue (glands and fat) and the nipple is surgically lifted. This results in a lifted breast, but at the cost of an often quite visible “anchor” shaped scar on the breast. The scar encircles the nipple, then travels down in a straight line to the groove under the breast where it curves left and right. (The resulting scar resembles a ship’s anchor.)

Fortunately, there’s another way.

At TSC we offer “BreastTite”. BreastTite uses radiofrequency energy to tighten support ligaments and lift the breast. Best of all, there are no stitches and typically only imperceptible scars. And, adding Morpheus 8 at the same time can minimize the appearance of stretch marks on the breasts.

The radiofrequency energy is delivered through 2 or 3 small pokes on each side. One is at the top of the nipple, one at the side of the breast near the armpit, and sometimes one in the groove under the breast. Typical results are visible quickly with the nipple raising 1.5 cm or more and the breasts feeling perkier and less likely to fall to the side when you lie down.

Recovery is quite easy. You’ll want to wear a support bra (athletic bra) for a while so the support ligaments can tighten under less stress. But, that’s about all.

BreastTite breast lifting. It’s the perfect solution for moderate downward displacement, age related changes, and sagging when you want a great result without big scarring. If you’re feeling deflated, this will have you feel like things are looking up!
