Non-Surgical Feminization Surgery Before & AfterÂ
What Is Non-Surgical Feminization?
Non-surgical feminization is a minimally invasive non-surgical procedure that involves dermal fillers and other injectable products like Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, or Jeuveau. These products are used to reshape areas of the face, add volume, and refine key features in order to have a more feminine appearance.
Non-surgical feminization also rejuvenates the appearance of the face, softening and reducing the appearance of lines, folds, and wrinkles. It is the ideal choice for patients who are looking to combat the visible signs of aging while giving their appearance a more feminine quality.

Which Areas of the Face Can Be Made More Feminine?
There are several areas of the face that non-surgical feminization can focus on. These areas influence the overall appearance of the face, so focusing on and redefining them provides the most comprehensive results.
The Jaw: A strong and wide jaw generally gives the face a more masculine appearance. Male faces tend to be more squared and bulkier in appearance, in part due to the masseter muscles that run along the jawline.
In order to soften the appearance of the jaw and enhance the contours of the jawline, Botox is placed into the masseter muscles. This will help to narrow the appearance of the jaw and reduce its overall size, which brings a more feminine appearance to the facial features. It’s quick, easy, and longlasting!
The Cheeks: Expertly placed fillers make it possible to add precise volume to the cheeks and midface area. This means that the cheeks can be carefully sculpted to have a more contoured, feminine, and overall more beautiful appearance. Dermal fillers can also be used to give the appearance of higher cheekbones for a more refined look. Your eyes will look brighter and more beautiful.
The Brow: Botox can be used to reshape the brow and give it a softer and more feminine quality. If the brows have a very straight and stiff appearance, it makes them look more masculine. Botox can be used to give the brows a delicate, feminine arch, which redefines the look of the eyes and brow.

Procedure: FFS Surgery

I had a FFS in January of 2018 with Dr Spiegel, it’s one of the best decision I’ve made. Before I always struggled feeling uncomfortable in my body and was very self conscious when I was out in public. In the months following surgery that all began to change, I felt comfortable with my body and started to enjoy being out in the world. Dr Spiegel genuinely changed my life and gave me the gift of getting to live my life in a body I actually feel comfortable in. The procedures I had done were forehead contouring with brow lift and hairline advancement, rhinoplasty, chin and jaw contouring, and tracheal shave. I’m very happy with the results from all of these, especially the chin and forehead work, as those were the things I was most uncomfortable with before. I do have a bit of visible scarring on one side of my forehead, however it barely noticeable, and only if you’re looking closely. I am also considering having a bit more jaw work done, in my pre op we decided to only do the front part of my jaw near my chin. I have an appointment with Dr Spiegel to discuss potentially having the rest of my jaw done in April, I’ll update if I decide to go through with it. The staff at the Spiegel Center were amazing and helped me through the whole process, it was especially confusing as I had surgery covered by my insurance which meant a lot of paperwork. Carol, my patient coordinator, was always there to answer any questions I had and guide me though the process. Arelys, their billing and scheduling specialist helped me get everything covered by insurance and was able to get me surgical date 4 months earlier than the one I was initially given. Thank you so much to Dr Spiegel and everyone at the Spiegel Center!
