I recently received a non-surgical rhinoplasty and botox with Onir a few weeks ago and I've been ecstatic with the results. She and the rest of the staff at the clinic made each experience a breeze and answered all my questions and concerns well. Dr Onir Spiegel gave me botox injections on my forehead to relax my wrinkles. The injections were painless and the results so far are terrific. Recently had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Onir Spiegel. She spent time talking with me about my concerns, offered feedback and we made a decision together. I never feel pushed into a product or rushed.I had additional injections of Radiesse and Xeomin with minimal pain. Uzma was also helpful in seeing me prior to Dr. Spiegel and discussing my concerns. I have been seeing Dr. Onir Spiegel, his wife for my injectables the past few years. She is always responsive and focused and offers options and suggestions. I never feel pushed into anything. Dr Jeffrey has been called in for consultations at times which is always helpful. Her patient care manager, Uzma Husain is incredibly caring and helpful . She explains everything and interprets procedures clearly. I never feel rushed. The practice is professional and yet very caring - like an extended family!! I always feel welcomed when I come!

I've been coming to Dr Onir for botox for at least two years now. She has a very good understanding of how faces change as we age, and she's always more than happy to share her knowledge with you. I've asked her so many questions, and she's always super patient and gracious when sharing her professional opinion. On more than one occasion, she's told me flat out that she didn't think I needed fillers yet. She acknowledged that there were treatments I could get it was very important to me, but she never took my questions and insecurities as opportunities to make more money -- rather, she values building trust with her patients and I really appreciate that.
Also, her policy is "complete correction", which means you pay per injection site rather than per unit (at least, for botox this is the case). It might be cheaper for me to go somewhere else, since I don't really need a whole lot at the moment. However, I like having the peace of mind knowing that I can be judicious with injectables and see how my results look once everything settles in, without feeling the need to go overboard up front. You can always add more filler/botox/whatever, but it's a bit harder to take it back out once it's in there, you know?
Dr Onir and Uzma do a really great job, and I'm totally willing to make the trek all the way out to Newton to see them.

I’m two weeks post op from my first experience receiving cosmetic surgery from the very talented Dr Spiegel. I had jaw contouring, lower lid blepharoplasty, lip lift, and a chin revision, and am overjoyed with my results so far! Recovery was exactly as Dr Spiegel described and had gone quite smoothly. The staff at The Spiegel center are all wonderful, especially my patient care coordinator Uzma, who was not just helpful but caring and a delight to work with! The only hitch in my surgery was that I was delayed in arriving at the surgery center (in the same building as Dr Spiegel’s clinic - super convenient!) by an entire hour (totally my fault!). Instead of rescheduling me they expedited my pre-op care and everything continued without a problem. This took me from a virtual panic attack to massive relief. I cannot imagine other places & practitioners being so accommodating. These are just lovely people who do a great job and care about their patients. I will be returning for another procedure with Dr Spiegel soon with a feeling of total confidence.
Update: since posting this I have had several more surgeries with Dr Spiegel - deep plane facelift, vocal feminization surgery - and each one has reinforced my opinion that Dr Spiegel and his team are the best in the business. As before, my healing was uncomplicated, the good doctor delivered exactly what he said he would, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Again, special mentions go out to my wonderful care coordinator, Uzma, and Juliana, the gender transition specialist on staff, who is a great resource. Thanks again, Spiegel Center!

The idea of getting plastic surgery has always intrigued me, and I have always searched for a good plastic surgeon, and finally I discovered Dr Spiegel after reading all of the reviews. It's been 6 months since I had my surgery, and my coordinator Uzma, an absolutely wonderful, beautiful and honest woman, answered every question I had, responded to every email I sent, and helped me with paperwork to get medical leave so I could have a support while I was recovering which made me feel less stressed, I'm so happy I had her as my coordinator and I would love continue working with her. With Dr. Spiegel, I am extremely satisfied with the results and experience I had. He is truly an incredible artist, very knowledgeable about his work and very experienced, no one will notice I had any plastic surgery, there are no incision marks, and the results are amazing yet very natural, surpassing my expectations.

I was referred to Dr. Spiegel and his team by the plastic surgery clinic at Massachusetts General Hospital, because of my case’s complexity, and that is a very impressive endorsement, to start, considering all the excellent surgeons in the Boston area. I’m so relieved that I followed their advice. Dr. Spiegel and his team performed 4 aesthetic facial procedures on me in one surgery - revision cheek implants, a mid-face lift, revision rhinoplasty, and a lip lift. Not many surgeons could have successfully done all this, especially correcting/revising these old procedures done by another plastic surgeon. I was a tough case, and they produced such an excellent result! Somehow, I look like a younger, prettier version of myself, instead of like a totally different person, even with all of the difficulty involved. My patient coordinator, Uzma is WONDERFUL! She basically made this all happen, navigating her way through paperwork and scheduling difficulties, with apparent ease and grace. She navigated obstacles that could have prevented my procedure. I couldn’t have wished for a better coordinator than Unman Husain. She was amazing at calming my nerves, and even has so much experience in this field that she can also offer an aesthetic eye and give extraordinarily valuable opinions, as if she also has an M.D. credential after her name. Not only that, but it appears that this woman works 24/7! She was always available and responsive by text or cell, including weekends, and she dealt fantastically with my concerns without making me feel anything less than valued. Uzma is not only a superb professional, but she is a genuine person. Her caring is real. Uzma honestly cares about every aspect of a patient’s case. I hope to have one more complementary procedure to accentuate the beautiful outcome, and I wouldn’t consider going to any other surgeon besides the Spiegel team. Honestly, for those of you trying to decide among surgeons, please take my advice and let me have done the research for you. The Spiegel Center is where I would strongly recommend you trust. Don’t ever “bargain shop” with your appearance. Uzma Hussain was the blessing, in orchestration with their medical expertise. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience.

Dr. Spiegel recently performed a facelift, cheek implants, revision browlift, and a rhinoplasty on me.
Initially I had some hesitation about some of these procedures; after rapidly losing over a hundred pounds, I knew I needed a facelift, but wasn't sure about the others. Whatever I had done, I had fairly specific requirements. For example, I didn't want radical changes to my nose, and if my brows were going to get raised, I didn't want them raised in a way that made me look too surprised, etc.
After consulting with Dr. Spiegel, we came up with a plan of action, and post-surgery I was very pleasantly surprised to note that my requirements were met perfectly.
The most impressive aspect of the work is definitely the facelift. I had requirements here, too: the women in my family tend to develop jowls, and mine had already started to appear due to my weight loss. They had to go! At the same time, I didn’t want to look artificial or radically different.
What Dr. Spiegel achieved with my face is remarkable. He performed a extended deep plane facelift, the more complicated kind that achieves better results, and I believe he went above and beyond. I look ten years younger and am not even fully healed yet. The attention to detail is clearly there; I feel like I was given special treatment, that respected my requirements but in some ways improved upon them.
Finally, The Spiegel Center’s office staff is superb. His patient coordinator, Carole, is especially caring and lovely.

Whenever I looked in the mirror or at a photograph of myself, i saw my mother’s face, with her deep-set wrinkles, her drooping jowls, and her waddle. It made me feel very old. Earlier in the year, I had a bleph for visual improvement, which brightened my face, but the mirror told its tale. I asked by ophthalmological plastic surgeon for a recommendation for a surgeon for a face lift. He offered Dr. Spiegel’s name, and I thank him for that. Advanced Facial Aesthetics, Dr. Spiegel’s organization, has a warm and welcoming culture. I instantly felt like I was part of the family. Carol Werther, my patient coordinator and main contact, was friendly and efficient and a great communicator. The entire staff knew what was happening and was able to fill in for each other. Their teamwork was excellent. In the initial meeting, Dr. Spiegel was professional and compassionate: he inspired confidence. He instantly evaluated what was needed and engaged me in the options. The surgical process went according to plan. While recovery was a bit uncomfortable, my bruising and swelling were minimal and I recovered rapidly. In fact, I felt comfortable enough in my looks to go out “in public” within a week and half. The results of the face lift are considerably beyond my expectations. Some people have said that I look 20 years younger! (The After pictures were taken only a week after surgery. The swelling has further subsided.)

I visited the Spiegel Center back in April for Neck/face-tite and am very happy with the experience and results. Dr. Spiegel, Uzma - the Patient Coordinator, and the entire staff were great throughout the entire process (pre, during, post procedure). The procedure itself took less than 45 minutes, wasn't painful (although some mild discomfort as expected), and was minimally invasive meaning I could have returned to work/social life within 2-3 days if I wanted to (minus the requirement to wear a facial compression for the first 5 full days for the recovery process) without anyone noticing I had a procedure done. I am currently 4 months post procedure and the results are great as is, and will continue to improve for the next 2-4 months for the final result. I personally experienced little-to-no swelling, zero bruising, and just very mild tightness/stiffness in the treated areas for a couple of weeks. I visited and consulted with several other placed prior to ultimately choosing the Spiegel Center, and I'm very glad that I did. I'd highly recommend their work, professionalism, and the experience they provide.

Dr. Onir is such a skilled injector! I had a morpheus 8 and filler with her & im extremely happy with the results this far! You can tell she really cares and takes the time to make you look younger while remaining NATURAL looking, which was the most important part for me!
April was also super sweet, helping me pick out the best night creme and cleanser. Thank you to the whole team, everyone is extremely helpful, friendly and caring.

My experience with TSC has been amazing! I met April (the Center manager) first and just LOVED her from the start. She is so sweet and personable and made me feel so comfortable before my first procedure. Since then, she has gotten back to me so quickly whenever I had a question or wanted to send a photo and has been so helpful with assisting me in scheduling a follow up. She used to work in LA and has a lot of experience in aesthetics management. I was super impressed by her knowledge and passion and i love the personal stories she is always willing to share!
And Dr. Onir is just one of a kind! She is sweet, warm, and freaking adorable but most importantly she's an injector genius. She is amazing at getting the MOST out of a vial of filler. She truly and patiently listens to all my goals/concerns, answers all questions, shares her thoughts/advice, and checks in on her patients the night after a procedure. One time, she even had Dr. Spiegel drop in to give his thoughts on something--it was like a celebrity sighting ha ha!
I love TSC and am grateful to all their staff! I also love following their stories on social media.

Dr. Onir has been amazing. I love her input and really really trust her with suggestion because I have seen amazing results. I have also had a great experience with the staff including Uzma Husain who was able to answer all my questions and was very transparent throughout the process!

I've been going to The Spiegel Center for years now, and there are two things that always bring me back: A) the artistry of the way that Dr. Onir does my fillers and makes my lips and cheeks look great.
B) Dr. Onir's Kindness and patience with me, I am the worst patient. I have terrible anxiety with needles/medical procedures and very sensitive skin. Dr. Onir has always gone above and beyond in helping me through the nerves and caring for me and my skin issues and I am so grateful for that. She'll even come in and put a cool cloth on my head. I think I wouldn't be able to do fillers at all if it weren't for having such a compassionate Doctor.

I have had several procedures done at this office, including dermal fillers and IPL for facial hyperpigmentation. While my results have been excellent, I have been most impressed by the professionalism, and excellent communication pre- and post-procedure by both Eleanor and Dr. Onir. Dr. Onir made sure that I got the result I was looking for, including doing some "tweaking" where necessary. I would recommend this office to any friend or family member.

For anyone considering cosmetic surgery or non-invasive injections, you can feel comfortable, confident, and extremely satisfied at The Spiegel Center. Not only are the doctors extremely qualified and skilled in their work, but the entire staff is so welcoming and non-judgmental. From the moment I stepped in, Carole was an absolute delight to work with. She is extremely personable, and will calm your nerves with her genuine intent to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your decision. I had a consult with Dr. Spiegel, and appreciated that he was very straight forward and clear. His tone was relaxed, but knowledgeable, and I felt very reassured that he knew what he was doing. I also had nose and lip fillers (non surgical) with Dr. Onir, and I am so ecstatic with the results. The non-surgical approach is quick, straight forward, and non-intimidating. Dr. Onir is not only extremely talented and precise, but also very personable, and a pleasure to work with. She was so sweet, and I appreciated her enthusiasm and excitement for me. I came to Dr. Onir, because I have always disliked how flat and shapeless my nose is. Dr. Onir asked about my “goals” and the intended outlook I had with the injections. She completely understood what my goals were, and she achieved them masterfully! I am so thrilled.

Incredible facility! From the moment I walked in till the time I left, was extremely pleased. Dr. Onir should be tagged as the injection ninja! I recently moved from NYC to Boston worried about traveling back and forth to maintain same doctor for consistency, however with Covid-19, I was determined to find a new doctor for all of my aesthetic needs. After diligent research, The Spiegel Center is hands down the best. Dr. Onir took her time to listen to my laundry list of concerns where she gave conservative feedback and long term plan for achieving optimal results. The time she takes juxtaposed with spa like experience from start to end it's no wonder she was rated the most Loved injector! What's awesome about her approach is the enthusiasm knowing she's going to strive to meet patient expectations. You can tell she truly loves what she does and shares the instant gratification with her patients. But WAIT! It gets better, the front line staff is welcoming and accommodating to meet schedules. Madison took time to chat with me about Boston while sorting paper work making the process seamless. Uzma was the lovely ribbon in the end she thoroughly explained procedures and process clearly and was very transparent about cost not to mention wonderful to chat with. Overall, team takes their time, family feel atmosphere which I think is a gem in itself as it's rare to find Facilities with such a renowned reputation to ensure patient experience is priority. Thank you for making me feel confident about procedures and I'm looking forward to the journey with The Spiegel Center. Highly recommend stop researching for other doctors and book a consultation, guarantee anything you want to improve they have a solution for you! I am very satisfied with my results so far. I have been seeing Dr. Onir Spiegel, his wife for my injectables the past few years. She is always responsive and focused and offers options and suggestions. I never feel pushed into anything. Dr Jeffrey has been called in for consultations at times which is always helpful. Her patient care manager, Uzma Husain is incredibly caring and helpful . She explains everything and interprets procedures clearly. I never feel rushed. The practice is professional and yet very caring - like an extended family!! I always feel welcomed when I come!

Last year In May/June I initially found The Spiegel Center as I was interested in getting a few procedures done and wanted to know the average costs of things such as a small chin implant, cheekbone implants, eyebrow lift and and lip filler. (Wanted that Hollywood look)
So I had my consultation with Dr. Onir regarding the lip filler and eyebrows and I was blown away! she has an amazing bedside manner, extremely warm and engaging and very knowledgeable. She discussed with me all the types of fillers and Botox out there (because there are a lot!) and she explained how each one was different and why she would suggest filler A over B. Being new to Injectables I was terrified as I’ve seen so many botched jobs and didn’t want to come out looking like a deer in headlights or have duck lips but she made me feel so at ease within an instant and didn’t push me to do any procedure I didn’t want to do.
I opted to get some filler in my cheeks and chin, (restylane lift), plump up my lips as well using Restylane Refyne and Botox to relax and slightly lift my eyebrows. The results were amazing!
She listened to ALL of my concerns and comments and used her skilled hand to make my lips look naturally plump and just beautiful!!! Dr. Onir is a master at her craft, she is a true artist and I refuse to go to anyone else.
The places she injected the Botox lifted exactly where I wanted to lift, as if she was in my head and knew exactly the look I wanted. She takes the time to listen and understand your desires.
Anytime I had a question or concern during recovery, I could text her and send photos so she could see what I’m seeing. And she would respond quickly and genuinely as she is concerned and truly cares about her patients. She made me feel very assured and actually cared about instead of a doctor who will just fill you in, numb you up and off you go.
...A few months later I went for a touch up of Botox and filler as I now wanted my lips to look a bit juicer (because I loved the first results so much) and yet again, she made it happen and look the most natural of lips.
Unfortunately quite a few months have gone by and I have not returned due to time constraints and lack of funds to keep up the maintenance work, but as soon as I have some down time I will be back!

I truly enjoy my visits to Dr. Spiegel’s Office. The staff is warm, personable and professional, and the space is clean and welcoming. It feels like walking into a spa! Dr. Onir Spiegel is easy to talk to and is wonderful at addressing my (often many) concerns. She administers injectables quickly and accurately. The staff are all incredibly kind, warm and helpful. They offer you beverages, make sure you are comfortable, attend to your every need and are knowledgeable about any questions or concerns you may have. I felt very well taken care of. Dr. Onir is wonderful. I get Botox & Juvederm regularly but Dr. Onir is the only practitioner who injected me with no pain at all whatsoever. Usually the lips & eye areas are sensitive but Dr. Onir somehow manages to do it in a way so that you don’t feel a thing. She even sent me a personal text the day after my treatment just to check in and see how I was doing. Katie & Taylor we’re friendly, personable and did a wonderful job as well. Dr. Spiegel is very calm & composed and I felt very confident and impressed by him. This is definitely the place you want to go.

If you’re like me and your heavy eyelids and furrowed brow make you look like you want to murder someone when you’re actually happy, perhaps you’ve considered cosmetic surgery. I was convinced I needed blepharoplasty (upper and lower eyelid surgery) and a brow lift, or perhaps even a face lift. Luckily, I met Dr. Spiegal and Dr. Onir. They spent a long time talking to me and detailing my options. And after listening patiently to my request for a facelift… they said no. They explained that I wasn’t a really surgery candidate and I could get better results with Botox and Voluma filler. This is a sign of a great practice. They’re not motivated purely by money, but rather, what is best for their patients and what will give them the most natural results. I have no doubt there are other doctors in practice that would have done exactly what I asked and I would have walked out broke, and looking like a cat/human hybrid. I saw Dr. Onir for Botox and Voluma injections and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I don’t look like I’ve had any work done, I just look a lot better! I have to say, Dr. Onir is truly an artist. She’s also incredibly warm, funny, and just generally a joy to be around. While Botox and Voluma are amazing products, they are only as good as the doctor using them. Any doctor can give you injections or fillers, just like any artist can pick up some paint and a paint brush. But there’s a big difference between Botecelli’s “Birth of Venus” and “Dogs Playing Poker”. If you want your face to look like a masterpiece, you need to go to the masters. And I consider these doctors to be masters.

I've been going to Dr. Spiegal for sometime now for fillers. A few friends of mine have had more extensive work done. I'm very, very friendly with lots of the plastic surgeons in the Boston area. I have to say that I've been incredibly satisfied with Dr. Spiegal! I particularly appreciate his honest "non- cookie" cutter approach. I'm scheduling more surgical work this year with Dr. Spiegal because he has EARNED my trust with fillers and by observing his surgical work first hand with my good friends. If your looking for a Dr. to help you present your best self and grow old feeling good in your skin... Dr Spiegal is my recommendation. Can't wait for my before and after pics!!!

I have been to the Speigel Center a few times. This most recent visit was for IPL. From the minute I walk in until the time I leave, I never feel like just a patient. The staff is so friendly, especially Shoilee and April. I feel like I am hanging out friends. Dr. Onir takes the time to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. I never feel rushed. I received a series of (3) IPL treatments, primarily for hyperpigmentation and acne. My expectations were not high, as I have been dealing with stubborn acne my entire life, and the red marks left behind can linger for a year or more. I have tried so many topical and oral treatments. So I was surprised and THRILLED when after the 2nd treatment, I began to notice serious changes. I went from a girl with "bad skin" to receiving COMPLIMENTS on my skin, including from my PCP! So the results were great, but I also want to compliment the staff, who went out of the way to understand my expectations and that I was satisfied with the treatment. Eleanor coordinated my treatments, including reaching out before the treatment to make sure I had "prepped" properly, for example, with numbing cream. This care goes a long way, especially when you are new to the treatment, busy, and anxious. A picture is worth a thousand words, so pictures are included!

Went here for a consult for microneedling or IPL and met with Kayla the new esthetician and Taylor. I have had several pre-dermabrasion scar revisions with Dr. Spiegel. I finally was able to have him complete my facial dermabrasion. The entire staff (including Dr. Spiegel, the surgical staff and especially Uzma) made me feel very safe, comfortable and answered my questions with complete honesty. Although its been a rough road to recovery, I can already see a dramatic difference in my appearance. The healing is ongoing and I look forward to working with the Spiegel Center, Dr. Spiegel, Dr. Onir (preforms the best injections ever!!), Uzma and all the staff, in the future for all my cosmetic needs.

A little over a year ago I was in a horrible car accident and suffered from facial trauma. At 21 years old, my concerns should be covering a pimple with make up, not hiding major scars. I was devastated and would avoid public places because of my anxiety/concerns of my scars. Dr. Spiegel is a very skilled surgeon! He and his team have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I had no idea walking in what could be done to minimize my scars appearances, but Dr. Spiegel and his team walked me through the steps educating me on the best course of treatment for my desired results. The IPL laser sessions took the redness appearance of my scars away, and the Microneedling/Botox injections sessions have been working to make the scarred areas more even and level with my skin. Dr. Spiegel has done a wonderful job restoring my facial appearance, as well as my confidence! I would highly recommend Dr. Spiegel and his team to anyone seeking scar revision treatment!

Dr. Spiegel and his staff are outstanding! I went to Dr. Spiegel for facial scar revision as I had old scars that were very bothersome and noticeable (on cheek and near eye/temple). In the past, with other doctors, the scars had been treated but improvements were modest and not lasting. Dr. Spiegel successfully performed scar revision and the results have been great. The final scars are still healing but they already look better than before and they blend into the natural lines on my face. Also, his staff is awesome and very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Spiegel!

I found The Spiegel Center online and after tons of research, decided to make an appointment. I have had extremely difficult skin issues in the past and Dr. Spiegel and his staff made me feel very comfortable and were compassionate towards my desire for some normalcy. I am in the process of acne scar excision, revision and dermabrasion. I am extremely pleased with the outcome thus far. I am only partially through but have the utmost confidence in Dr. Spiegel to achieve desired results and the self esteem I've never had before..I am looking forward to completion. Dr. Onir Spiegel also recently gave me Xeomin injections for my "11's" (frown lines), they disappeared in 2 days, relatively no pain, daily minor headaches gone, extremely affordable and made me very happy..Kaite, a smiling face always, also helped me feel welcomed and comfortable, she suggested great skin care products as well. I highly recommend The Spiegel Center and will continue to visit the center long after my corrective surgeries are over. Love this place, products and the staff.
