Advanced Techniques in Facial Feminization Surgery
Facial feminization surgery is a group of advanced surgical techniques designed to change the appearance of the face from that of a man to that of an attractive woman. Feminization procedures include scalp advancement, cranioplasty, orbital contouring, lip lift, jaw and chin reduction, reduction of the Adam’s apple, as well as more common surgical interventions such as rhinoplasty, brow lift, cheek augmentation, and aging face surgeries such as blepharoplasty and facelift. In this session Dr. Spiegel will present tips from his 20 year experience with thousands of facial feminization procedures and will reveal ways to incorporate his techniques into facial plastic surgery for all women.
