Coffee Can Decrease Your Chances With Skin Cancer

Coffee CupAccording to a new study with coffee researchers have found that just three cups of coffee per/day can significantly reduce that chances of developing skin cancer.

According to MSNBC Vitals article:

“Women in the study who drank more than three cups of coffee a day were 20 percent less likely to develop basal cell carcinoma, a slow-growing form of skin cancer, than those who drank less than one cup a month.

Men in the study who consumed more than three cups of coffee had a 9 percent reduction in their basal cell carcinoma risk.”

Almost 113,000 individuals where used for this study from 1984 through June 2008. One interesting that was noted was that breast cancer and prostate cancer levels where reduced due to the consumption of coffee.
